good way to capture memories!!

I placed an order for prints in December and still have not received my order. It was meant to arrive between December 21-25. I have notified their customer service several times, and each time I get a response saying that if my order doesnt arrive by a certain date theyll rectify the issue. Every time I follow up to tell them that my order has still not arrived, they send the same email with another future date to wait until. Its been a month. Its time to rectify the issue. Im sure their product is great, but if it never arrives then it doesnt matter. There are a ton of other companies out there who provide similar products who do not have this kind of issue, so dont waste your time with this one.

My order was supposed to be here over a week ago and Im still waiting. I emailed them for help and they replied back with the tracking link I already had (no movement on my package in over 2 weeks and in a different country). The customer service rep then asked me to call the carrier and to update her once I spoke to them. Really? Great customer service. At this point, I just want a refund. Dont use this app unless you want a headache and to be out some $

Ive ordered some polaroids from here before and theyre really good for a cheap price! Just wish shipping was a little quicker... Also the app itself has a pretty design btw

so it took a while to get my photos (a whole month), but since i got them, theyre so cute i love it! i might purchase some, hopefully itll be shipped quicker next time ..

Super disappointed still waiting for my order that was sent for in December ... Emailed several times no apologies nothing ... Gave me a bogus tracking number and told me to figure it out ... Awaiting email for my refund request... Not awesome at all!!!

I love this app although there are a lot of apps that have have free prints but they are not as good I love this soooo much.my orders have been late once but I contacted them and they responded that they are working on it ❤️
